Bruma Wine Garden, the latest visionary creation from the acclaimed Bruma collective, adds a new dimension to their celebrated portfolio, which includes the renowned Fauna restaurant, Bruma Winery, Casa Ocho, and Casa Montaña.
This dynamic project is brought to life by an extraordinary trio: Maribel Aldaco, crowned Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef 2024; David Castro Hussong, repeatedly honored by the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants; and Lulu Martinez, Bruma’s passionate winemaker known for her elegant, French-inspired wines.
The Wine Garden showcases an open-market concept with thoughtfully designed spaces and inviting corridors, featuring a bakery, walk-up bar with a tasting room, and soon-to-open wine and meat shops. On Sundays, visitors can savor the perfect pairing of live jazz and fine wine, creating an unforgettable weekend experience.

While The Wine Garden is open daily for breakfast from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Sundays offer a truly special experience with live jazz that transforms the space into a delightful retreat. If you’re a morning person, we recommend arriving early to enjoy a coffee from Bruma Bakery alongside a freshly baked croissant. For those with a sweet tooth, the banana and chocolate croissant is a must-try, while the guanciale croissant is perfect for those who prefer savory flavors.
After indulging at the bakery, take a leisurely stroll through the garden corridors with your furry friends or children. When hunger strikes again, head back to The Wine Garden for a satisfying breakfast—whether it’s the croissant ahogado, burritos, or corn pancakes, everything is incredibly delicious.
